For over 20 years, Al Reingold has been a consultant and brand management executive in the franchised world of hospitality. A veteran of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), he led some of the most far-reaching guest experience initiatives in the industry, including the Holiday Inn Brand Family Global Relaunch across 3200 hotels. His breadth of practice and proficiency ranges from enabling franchisee/franchisor communications to all areas of the customer experience.
Al oversaw brand performance, distribution, brand standards, owner engagement and hotel communications for the Holiday Inn family of brands for IHG. The family includes the Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn Resort, and Holiday Inn Club Vacations brands.
Al is also a professional musician, composer and producer, and has worked with Grammy-level artists on stage and in the studio. He brings a unique level of musical and entertainment industry expertise to the traditional business world.
